Soundstorm 2024 Kicks Off with Iconic Performances and Historic Celebrations

Soundstorm 2024 roared to life with an unforgettable opening night that combined legendary performances, cultural celebrations, and a historic tribute to Saudi Arabia’s success in securing the 2034 FIFA World Cup. The festival’s fifth edition marked a milestone as the Riyadh desert transformed into a pulsating hub of music, energy, and enthusiasm.

The night featured stunning performances from global icons like Linkin Park, Eminem, Akon, and Saudi music legend Abdulmajeed Abdullah. As fireworks lit up the sky, football legends Neymar, Otávio, Angelo, and Saudi icon Yasser Al-Qahtani took the stage, joined by Yassir Al-Saggaf, who introduced the official World Cup anthem, Ahlan Bilaalam (Welcome) that was performed by Fahad bin Fasla and Ghada Sheri
