Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 20th October 2026: More than 3,000 trade visitors from over 40 countries are expected to attend the fourth Meet Global MICE Congress (MGMC), the leading MICE international event combining a premier trade show with an extensive business agenda, that will be held in Moscow on December 16–17, 2026.

MGMC 2026 provides a strategic gateway for Middle East MICE professionals to establish partnerships, forge new global alliances and scale their business networks across Russia, BRICS, the Global South and Southeast Asia.

Alongside an extensive business program led by global MICE experts, MGMC serves as a networking hub, offering a platform for 150+ exhibitors to engage directly with top-tier corporate buyers who represent a high-value audience of senior executives and key decision-makers from China, India, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and the CIS.The MENA region represented nearly 30% of all international MGMC participants in 2025, reflecting its strong engagement with the Congress.

“We invite MICE professionals from across the Middle East to join us in Moscow this December — to meet global partners, explore new markets, and become part of the MICE community that is shaping the future of the industry,” said Anastasia Popova, Head of Business Tourism Development Department, Moscow City Tourism Committee.

Four Tracks Focused on Business Results

The central theme of the MGMC 2026 business program is “The Anatomy of Success in MICE: From Ideas and Tools to Tangible Results.” The program is designed to move from industry-wide challenges to practical solutions and measurable business outcomes, covering strategy, technology, finance, operations and international development.

The two-day program is structured around four tracks. MICE DNA will focus on destination and business marketing, creative concepts, cultural codes and talent management. MICE LAB will cover analytics, risk management, artificial intelligence, automation and digital solutions. MICE PULSE will address sales, pricing, profitability, tenders, investment and business expansion. MICE BRAIN will offer practical training formats focused on current industry challenges.

International Cooperation and Market Expansion

Among the key discussions, the opening plenary session will examine how governments and businesses can align their priorities and explore new opportunities for international cooperation across BRICS, the Global South and Southeast Asia. The discussion will focus on concrete steps to support industry development and connect government strategies with the practical needs of businesses.

International expansion will be another major focus. The applied session “The Price of Entering BRICS+ Markets: Real Economics, Hidden Costs and Barriers” will explore investment requirements, local pricing, DMC selection, cross-border payments, currency risks and lessons from both successful and unsuccessful international market entry. For Middle East event organizers and MICE agencies seeking to expand their international reach, these discussions will offer practical insights into building partnerships and assessing opportunities in new markets.

Technology, AI and the Value of Event Data

Technology will form another major pillar of the business program. The panel “Digital Transformation of Business Events: Trend or Real Asset?” will examine which technologies can create measurable value for the MICE industry, including AI-powered automation, event analytics and new financial solutions for cross-border projects.

Artificial intelligence will receive particular attention. The debate “AI as a Director: Generator of Meaning or Compiler of Other People’s Ideas?” will explore the changing role of AI in creative processes, while the applied session “The Economics of Data: How to Generate Revenue from Event Analytics” will focus on turning event data into a practical tool for decision-making and business growth.

Culture and the Delegate Experience

Culture and audience experience will also be explored as business tools. Sessions dedicated to destination branding and cultural codes will examine how cultural identity can strengthen the international appeal of destinations, while “Architecture of Experiences: The Formula for an Unforgettable Event” will focus on cross-cultural adaptation, audience engagement and creating emotional impact while meeting business objectives and budget requirements
