One load, one appliance: Samsung opens pre-orders for Bespoke AI Laundry Combo in Saudi Arabia

Samsung Electronics Saudi Arabia today opened pre-orders for Bespoke AI Laundry Combo, an all-in-one appliance that takes a load from washing to drying without the need to move clothes between two machines. Combining both functions in one unit also leaves more room in the home than a separate washer and dryer setup.

The range comes in two configurations, both with 25kg washing capacity: a 20kg drying model with a 7-inch smart display, and an 18kg drying model with a 2.8-inch display. The Super Speed cycle can complete washing and drying in 69 minutes on the 25+20kg model and 89 minutes on the 25+18kg model, based on the specified test conditions.*

AI Wash & Dry+ uses multiple sensors to measure load weight, identify fabric type and assess soil level, then adjusts water, detergent, washing and drying settings automatically. For small loads, the system can distinguish between normal fabrics, delicates, towels, denim and outdoor wear.**

AI Ecobubble™ turns detergent into bubbles that penetrate fabrics quickly and help lift stains, while the Less Microfiber cycle can reduce microplastic discharge into wastewater by up to 60%. Through SmartThings, users can track energy consumption, estimate monthly electricity costs and activate AI Energy Mode, which can cut energy use by up to 60% during washing and 30% during drying.***

Both models use heat-pump technology that recirculates warm air to dry clothes at lower temperatures. The 25+20kg model adds a booster-equipped hybrid heat pump to improve dehumidification and handle larger loads; Samsung testing found it can reduce drying time by up to 60% and energy use by up to 75% compared with a Samsung condenser dryer model.****

The 7-inch smart display offers personalized cycle suggestions, water and energy reports and detergent and softener monitoring, alongside Bixby voice control and connected-device management. The 2.8-inch model pairs a jog dial with a clear display showing cycle progress, remaining time and color-coded error guidance.

For everyday care, Flex Auto Dispense measures detergent and softener automatically and holds enough for up to 22 loads. A dual-layer Wide Lint Filter, automatic condenser cleaning and dedicated Drum Clean+, Self Clean and Self Dry cycles make maintenance easier. Depending on the model, specialized cycles are also available for bedding, pet care, down jackets and other household needs. The Digital Inverter Motor is covered by a 10-year warranty, subject to the terms applicable in Saudi Arabia.

Pre-orders are open on Samsung.com/sa until 26 August 2026, or while stocks last, at SAR 9,999 for the 25+18kg model and SAR 10,499 for the 25+20kg model. During the offer period, customers can receive five times Samsung Rewards points, an additional SAR 200 discount with Samsung Pay and, on the 25+18kg model, a SAR 500 eVoucher.
